Tablao: Luis Gallo and Chef Johnny Hernandez

Join us as we transform Pearl Stable into a Spanish-inspired “tablao” to showcase dynamic entertainment and great culinary fare. Madrid is home to renowned flamenco tablaos including Café de Chinitas and Casa Patas. Doors open at 6 p.m. and performance begins at 6:30 p.m.
Luis Gallo is one of the most acclaimed guitarists in the flamenco scene and hails from Madrid, Spain. Well versed in jazz, classical, and flamenco genres, Gallo performs on an international circuit while remaining firmly rooted to his Spanish origins. His latest project—Caminos de la Guitarra (“Paths of Guitar”)—traces the historical journey of the of the guitar, which dates back to 15th century Spain. Olé!
Chef Johnny Hernandez creates a dinner worthy of the occasion—complete with a Paella cooking demonstration. The evening begins with passed Spanish tapas and dinner is served family-style. Bar service includes beer, Spanish wine, and signature Spanish cocktails.
